What to include
If a number looks wrong, that is the message we most want. Send the exact search term or shop name you used, which tool you used it in, and what you expected to see instead. A screenshot helps but the term matters more — we re-run it against the warehouse and can usually tell you within a day whether the figure is a bug or a real change in the data.
If you are asking where a figure comes from, it may be quicker to read it: about Podezzy sets out which marketplace the data covers, how often it refreshes, and what each score is calculated from.
If a tool will not run, tell us the tool and roughly what time you tried. Free lookups are counted per network address and reset at midnight UTC, so a shared office or a VPN can exhaust an allowance that you personally have not used.

Where do the Etsy numbers come from?
From a marketplace warehouse that samples Etsy listing and shop activity daily, not from Etsy's own advertising tools. Every board and lookup on the site prints the date it was last refreshed, so you can always see how current the figure is rather than taking it on trust.
A tool says my free lookups are used up, but I have not used any
Free lookups are counted per network address rather than per person, so anyone sharing your connection — an office, a campus, a VPN exit — draws on the same allowance. It resets at midnight UTC. The counters are also per action, so several tools that share one endpoint share one allowance.
Do you keep the images I upload to the studio tools?
Most of the studio tools resize your file in the browser and never write it to disk on our side. Two of them have to upload first, because the renderer fetches the file rather than being handed it — those keep only your last few uploads before the oldest is overwritten. Each tool states which it is.
Yes to both. For a tool, tell us the decision you are trying to make rather than the feature — most good tools here started as somebody describing a spreadsheet they kept re-making. For writing, send a topic and a paragraph of your own prose; we do not publish reprints or anything generated.
